The owner recalls about 100 monthly visitors before SommeTech. The latest verified 30-day GA4 report records 2,694 users—approximately 27x that estimated starting audience—alongside historical gains in search visibility and a 15.7x monthly advertising return.

03Carry the customer journey into operations
The work extends behind the public site: centralized customer and reservation records, a booking calendar, driver assignments, date blocking, confirmations and review requests. These are delivered capabilities, not an assumed number of hours saved. They give the team one connected workflow for the demand arriving through the site.
Delivered website, booking software, CRM and administration scope
The starting point
What the business needed
The earlier website and manual operating processes did not provide a connected path from exploring a tour to managing a reservation. The project needed to explain the experience to customers while supporting the staff who coordinate bookings, drivers and customer communication.
Project scope
- Custom website and landing pages
- Online booking software
- Custom CRM
- Booking administration and driver scheduling
- Customer communication workflows
- SEO, paid advertising and measurement
How the work fits together
01
Build the customer-facing journey
The website presents the wine-tour experience and gives tour and location content dedicated pages. A custom booking flow covers date and time selection, party size, add-ons and pickup or drop-off estimates. Landing pages provide a focused destination for specific search and advertising activity.
02
Connect booking with the operational work
The software scope includes customer and reservation records, booking administration, a booking calendar, date blocking and driver or staff coordination. The custom CRM and communication workflows were designed around the business's reservation process rather than treating the website as a separate brochure.
03
Support discovery and follow-through
Tour and location content gives visitors useful entry points from search, while campaign landing pages support paid advertising. Booking confirmations, customer communication and review-request workflows connect acquisition with the experience after a reservation.

Beyond the website build
The engagement includes tour and location content, SEO, paid advertising, customer communication and reporting across the booking journey. Measurement keeps campaign responses, reservations and collected revenue separate, so a website inquiry is not presented as a completed sale.
