The Real Problem

Good Work Alone Does Not Create a Consistent Marketing System.

You've built a real business. But the marketing behind it is scattered — a little website here, an occasional post there, referrals doing most of the heavy lifting. If any of this sounds familiar, you're not behind — you just never had a system.

  • Your company does genuinely good work and has a solid reputation.
  • Most new customers still come from referrals and word of mouth.
  • Your website is dated, thin, or not really working to bring in business.
  • Social posting happens in bursts, then goes quiet for weeks.
  • Advertising is either absent or running without a real structure.
  • Leads aren't tracked, so you can't tell what's actually working.
  • Follow-up is inconsistent and depends on who remembers.
  • You're the one trying to hold all of the marketing together.
The Outcome

Your Marketing, Working Together as One System.

Your company is visible, your phone is ringing, forms are coming in, opportunities are tracked and followed up with — and you are not personally managing the marketing every day.

  • Your company looks as established online as it is in real life.
  • Prospective customers can actually find you when they search.
  • Qualified calls and form submissions come in consistently.
  • Your Facebook and Instagram stay active and on-brand.
  • Every lead is tracked and followed up with reliably.
  • You can see where opportunities are coming from.
  • SommeTech runs the system so you don't have to manage it daily.

“You run the business. SommeTech runs the marketing system.”

The Protected Market Partnership

We Do Not Work Both Sides of Your Market.

Most agencies will happily take on competing businesses in the same market, chase the same customers, and run similar playbooks for both. SommeTech takes a different approach.

Once your protected category and territory are established, SommeTech will not build or manage the same Market Foundation for a direct competitor while your partnership remains active and in good standing. That aligns us with your growth — not both sides of your market.

What's protected

  • Protection applies to the agreed service category
  • Protection applies to the agreed geographic territory
  • The exact category and territory are documented in your agreement
  • Protection stays active while your partnership is active and in good standing

The fine print, honestly

Market protection is defined during your assessment and documented in the final agreement. It isn't statewide, national, or permanent unless separately agreed, and it doesn't mean we'll never work with another company in a broadly related industry.

The SommeTech Standard

Five Promises Behind Every Market Foundation.

Commitments that make this more than a marketing package — how we align with you, protect what you build, keep everything measurable, and move quickly.

01

Your market is protected

When we accept your company, we define a protected service category and territory — and we won't build or manage the same Market Foundation for a direct competitor inside it while your partnership is active and in good standing.

02

You own what we build

No hostage accounts, no disappearing assets. Your company keeps ownership and appropriate control of the business-specific website, content, accounts, customer data, and marketing assets we create or configure — subject to the final agreement and third-party platform terms.

03

Every measurable opportunity is visible

If an opportunity can reasonably be tracked, we make it visible — calls, form submissions, lead sources, ad spend, and search visibility. If it can't be verified, we don't pretend it happened.

04

New inquiries receive a prompt response

When someone submits a form, calls after hours, or reaches you while your team is busy, the system acknowledges and organizes the opportunity so it's less likely to slip away. Automated follow-up supports your team — it doesn't replace answering and closing leads (SMS features depend on consent and platform terms).

05

The core system is built in 15 days

Once onboarding is complete and we have the required access, information, content, and approvals, the core Market Foundation is designed to be built and placed into operation within 15 days.

The System

Everything That Makes Up Your Market Foundation.

Seven connected parts, delivered and managed as one system — each built around a business outcome, not a technical checklist.

01

Market Direction

Start with a clear plan built around your market — not random activity.

We identify your priority services, best-fit customers, main geographic market, real search demand, and where competitors are weak, so every dollar goes toward the right opportunities.

02

Website & Trust Foundation

Make your company look as established and trustworthy as it really is.

Depending on where you're starting, we build a conversion-focused website or strengthen your existing one — sharpening messaging, calls to action, mobile usability, proof, lead forms, click-to-call, and tracking. A strong site won't be rebuilt for no reason.

03

Organic Search Foundation

Help more prospective customers discover your company through search.

We establish keyword and market research, a solid service-page structure, on-page and technical SEO foundations, Google Business Profile optimization, analytics, and Search Console — the groundwork that compounds over time.

04

Google Ads

Turn active demand into calls and form submissions right away.

Google Ads is the paid channel included in the Foundation. We handle setup, keyword and geographic targeting, campaign structure, ad copy, conversion and call tracking, and ongoing optimization. Ad spend is paid separately by you.

05

Facebook & Instagram Presence

Stay visible and credible with a consistent social presence.

We create and schedule five posts per week across Facebook and Instagram — completed work, reviews, education, credibility, offers, and simple short-form video from footage you provide — so your brand never goes quiet.

06

Lead Tracking & Follow-Up

Make sure no opportunity slips through the cracks.

We set up call, form, and lead-source tracking, a basic lead pipeline, instant inquiry acknowledgment, missed-call response, new-lead notifications, and basic follow-up and review-request workflows.

07

Reporting & Optimization

Always know what's working — without digging for it.

You get clear progress and performance reporting, lead-source visibility, completed-work summaries, monthly recommendations, and one monthly strategy meeting, with the system continuously optimized.

The 15-Day Market Foundation

Built and Launched in About 15 Days.

Once we have everything we need from onboarding — your access, information, and approvals — the core system is designed to go live in about 15 days. Advertising begins collecting data soon after launch, while organic search visibility compounds over the months that follow.

Days 1–3

01Understand & plan

We learn your business, market, and best-fit customers, then set a clear marketing direction based on real demand and competitor gaps.

Days 4–10

02Build & connect

We build or strengthen the website, lay the organic search foundation, set up Google Ads, prepare social content, and connect tracking and lead workflows.

Days 11–13

03Review & test

We review everything together, test tracking end to end, confirm forms and call tracking fire correctly, and refine before anything goes live.

Days 14–15

04Launch & improve

The system goes live. Google Ads begins collecting real data, social stays active, and we start the ongoing cycle of monitoring and improvement.

Your Effort

We Need Your Knowledge — Not Your Time.

It starts with one focused onboarding inside your client portal — about 1–3 hours of guided questions, uploads, and access granting. We front-load your involvement on purpose: it gets your part out of the way first, and it's built to capture everything we need so we're not chasing you for details later. After that, you're largely hands-off while we build — and the next thing you hear from us is your launch, reports, and updates.

What We Need From You

  • One focused onboarding in our client portal — roughly 1–3 hours of guided questions, uploads, and access granting, completed upfront
  • Access to your existing accounts and systems (granted during onboarding)
  • Business information and brand materials (uploaded during onboarding)
  • One designated decision-maker
  • Timely approvals so the build stays on schedule
  • The occasional quick check-in if we need to confirm something along the way
  • Feedback on the quality of the leads coming in
  • One brief monthly strategy meeting after launch

What SommeTech Handles

  • Market and competitor planning
  • Website design and build work
  • Organic search (SEO) foundation and growth
  • Google Ads setup and ongoing management
  • Facebook & Instagram content and scheduling
  • Call, form, and lead-source tracking
  • Basic CRM setup and lead-response automation
  • Reporting and ongoing optimization
Ownership & Transparency

Your Business Should Own Its Growth Assets.

You own what we build

No hostage accounts. No disappearing assets. No rebuilding everything if the relationship ever ends.

Your company retains ownership and appropriate control over its business-specific website, domain, content, advertising and analytics accounts, Search Console, Google Business Profile, Meta assets, customer and lead data, tracking, and creative created or configured for your engagement — subject to the final agreement and third-party platform terms.

See what your marketing is actually producing

If an opportunity can reasonably be tracked, we make it visible. If it can't be verified, we don't pretend it happened.

Tracked calls and form submissions, lead sources, advertising costs, search visibility, opportunity status, work completed, and next priorities — reported transparently. We don't promise perfect attribution or claim every offline interaction can always be tracked.

Why It Works

Real Systems. Real Tracking. Real Results.

The Market Foundation isn't a collection of disconnected tactics. It's a connected methodology backed by verified client results and transparent reporting.

Verified, tracked results

Our work is measured in real outcomes — tracked opportunity value, page-one keyword growth, return on ad spend, and inbound calls and leads — not vanity metrics.

One connected system

Website, search, ads, social, tracking, and follow-up are built to work together, so each piece reinforces the others instead of competing for attention.

Transparent reporting

You get clear reporting on performance and lead sources, plus a monthly strategy conversation — so you always know what's working and what's next.

Ongoing optimization

After launch we keep managing and improving the system every month. It's designed to compound, not to sit still.

Two Ways to Engage

Choose How You Want to Build Your Market Foundation.

Use a traditional implementation and management structure, or apply for a performance partnership where SommeTech's compensation is tied directly to attributable new customer revenue.

Standard Investment

Own the System With Predictable Pricing.

Implementation

Starts at $10,000

Ongoing management

Starts at $1,497/mo

Advertising spend is separate.

  • The complete Market Foundation is built
  • The core system is designed to launch within 15 days after onboarding is complete
  • SommeTech continues managing and improving the system
  • Your company keeps the upside created by new customers
  • You own and control your business-specific assets and accounts, subject to the agreement and third-party platform terms
  • Approved deployment and tracking assurances may apply

Best suited for companies that prefer fixed, predictable marketing costs and want to retain all resulting customer revenue.

Performance Partnership

Build the System Without the Upfront Implementation or Monthly Management Fee.

We don't get paid until after you get paid.

A negotiated share of qualifying net revenue from new customers generated through the system

Advertising spend and approved third-party costs are separate.

SommeTech builds and manages the Market Foundation without charging the standard implementation or monthly management fees. In return, SommeTech receives an agreed share of qualifying net revenue collected from new customers attributable to the system.

The percentage isn't one-size-fits-all. It's negotiated for your business based on your margins, average customer value, sales cycle, delivery costs, and market — then fixed in writing before any work begins.

The revenue-share structure applies to the ongoing lifetime value of customers originally acquired through the SommeTech-managed system, according to the terms defined in the final agreement.

  • No standard upfront implementation fee
  • No standard monthly management fee
  • The same foundational marketing system
  • Detailed call, form, lead, and revenue attribution
  • SommeTech remains financially aligned with customer acquisition
  • You fund advertising and approved third-party operating costs
  • SommeTech participates only when qualifying attributable revenue is collected

Application-only. Availability depends on your company's economics, reputation, sales process, operational capacity, tracking compliance, and market opportunity.

No lead-volume, revenue, ranking, or advertising-return guarantee applies to this structure.

Apply for a Performance Partnership

Both structures deliver the same Market Foundation. Neither is a reduced version of the system — they're two ways to pay for it. The right structure depends on your economics, your preference for predictable cost, and whether your business qualifies.

Advertising spend is separate and paid directly to the ad platform under both structures. A typical recommended starting Google Ads budget is around $1,500/month, depending on your market.

Standard Investment — Backed by a Guarantee

For qualifying businesses on the Standard Investment structure, if your Market Foundation doesn't return more than you invest, we keep working for free until it does — or refund your initial investment.

A 6-month performance guarantee and, for higher-value businesses, a 12-month money-back guarantee. These guarantees apply to the Standard Investment structure — the Performance Partnership carries no outcome guarantees, because SommeTech is already waiving its standard fees and taking on the delivery risk.

See the guarantee & check your eligibility

Why the final investment can vary

On the Standard Investment structure these are starting prices, and final scope depends on:

  • The condition of your current website
  • How many services you offer
  • The size of your geographic market
  • Your advertising requirements
  • Tracking and CRM complexity
  • Additional locations
  • Any work outside the standard scope

Not sure which structure fits your business? Request a Market Assessment and we'll recommend the better fit based on your economics and market.

Performance Partnership

We Don't Get Paid Until After You Get Paid.

No upfront implementation fee. No standard monthly management fee. SommeTech earns when the system generates attributable new customer revenue.

That applies to our fee — not to your advertising spend or approved third-party costs, which you continue to fund directly. Our share is calculated on revenue you've actually collected, at a rate negotiated for your business up front.

01

We build the foundation

SommeTech builds and connects the approved website, search foundation, Google Ads, social presence, lead tracking, basic pipeline, follow-up, and reporting system.

02

Every attributable opportunity is tracked

The system combines dedicated tracking numbers, dynamic number insertion, detailed form submissions, source and campaign data, CRM lead records, customer matching, lead-stage updates, sales disposition, and collected-revenue records. Business calls may be recorded where legally permitted and properly disclosed.

03

You report sales and revenue

You use the agreed tracking systems, answer and return calls, keep lead records accurate, mark opportunities won or lost, report qualifying collected revenue, preserve attribution data, keep tracked prospects inside the system, and provide the agreed financial verification.

04

SommeTech shares in the result

Once you've collected payment from a customer the system produced, SommeTech receives the agreed share of that qualifying net revenue — including qualifying future revenue from those originally acquired customers. Exact definitions, deductions, verification rights, reporting requirements, payment schedules, and attribution rules are documented before the partnership begins.

The Revenue Share Is Not Limited to the First Sale.

When the system generates a new customer, the agreed revenue share applies not only to the initial transaction, but also to qualifying future revenue collected from that originally acquired customer during the applicable agreement period and according to the final contract.

We put this in plain sight rather than in fine print, because it materially affects the economics of the partnership and should factor into your decision before you apply.

What “Net Revenue” Means

For website purposes, net revenue generally refers to qualifying customer revenue actually collected by the business, less specifically agreed exclusions or adjustments. The precise definition is established in the final agreement.

Exclusions or adjustments may include:

  • Refunds
  • Chargebacks
  • Sales taxes
  • Cancelled work
  • Uncollected invoices
  • Agreed pass-through expenses
  • Other specifically documented deductions

This is a qualifying net revenue model, not a net profit model, and not every possible business expense is deducted. The exact exclusions that apply to your agreement are documented before the partnership begins.

What You Still Pay Under This Structure

Waiving our implementation and management fees is not the same as marketing at no cost. Under the Performance Partnership you remain responsible for:

  • Advertising spend, paid directly to the ad platform
  • Third-party software and platform fees
  • Call-tracking costs
  • SMS or email usage costs
  • The internal sales effort required to answer, follow up, and close
  • Revenue-share payments once the system produces attributable revenue
Attribution & Tracking

If Revenue Is Shared, Attribution Must Be Precise.

The Performance Partnership is built around detailed tracking — not estimates, assumptions, or vanity metrics.

What the tracking system may combine

  • Dynamic website phone numbers
  • Dedicated campaign phone numbers
  • Recorded calls where legally permitted
  • Call source and duration
  • Detailed contact forms
  • Campaign and keyword attribution
  • CRM lead creation
  • Opportunity stages
  • Customer matching
  • Closed-sale reporting
  • Collected-revenue reporting

Calls are recorded only where legally permitted and properly disclosed. Recording rules differ by state and situation, so we don't assume every call can or will be recorded.

We don't assume credit

If revenue cannot be reasonably attributed under the agreed tracking rules, SommeTech does not simply assume credit for it.

No tracking setup captures every interaction perfectly. We don't claim otherwise — we measure what the agreed systems can reasonably verify.

When several sources contribute

Some customer journeys involve multiple touchpoints. The final agreement defines how attribution is handled when several sources contribute to a sale.

Qualification

Why the Performance Partnership Is Application-Only.

We are investing our labor, systems, and expertise before collecting our standard fees. We therefore accept Performance Partnerships only when the business, market, economics, and operating process give both sides a reasonable opportunity to succeed.

What we look at

  • Established operating history
  • Strong customer satisfaction and reputation
  • Valuable customer economics and healthy gross margins
  • Clear service pricing
  • Capacity to serve more customers
  • A reliable sales process and prompt lead response
  • Accurate CRM usage and transparent financial reporting
  • Willingness to use the agreed tracking infrastructure
  • Adequate advertising budget
  • A defined service territory with real market demand
  • Protected-market availability
  • Decision-maker participation
  • Ability to provide the required onboarding materials

What this structure does not include

Because SommeTech is waiving the standard implementation and monthly management fees in exchange for performance-based compensation, the Performance Partnership does not include guaranteed lead volume, guaranteed revenue, guaranteed rankings, guaranteed advertising returns, or other outcome guarantees.

SommeTech still agrees to perform the documented work professionally. The distinction is simple: we commit to doing the work, not to a particular commercial outcome.

The Guarantee

We Take the Risk So You Don't Have To.

We only take on businesses we're confident we can grow. That confidence comes with a promise most agencies won't make: your Market Foundation should return more than you put into it — and if it doesn't, we make it right.

These guarantees apply to the Standard Investment structure. The Performance Partnership carries no outcome guarantees — SommeTech is already waiving its implementation and monthly management fees and is compensated only when the system produces attributable new customer revenue.

First 6 Months

6-Month Performance Guarantee

If your Market Foundation hasn't generated more in tracked, attributable value than you invested within the first 6 months, we keep working for free — month after month — until it does.

Through 12 Months

Higher tier

12-Month Money-Back Guarantee

If you still haven't seen a net-positive return by the end of 12 months, we refund your initial investment. Period. Reserved for businesses with a higher average customer value.

Both guarantees require qualification.

They're built for established businesses we can realistically grow. Answer a few quick questions and we'll tell you, right away, which guarantee you qualify for.

Guarantees assume an active engagement, the recommended advertising budget, timely access and approvals, and that inbound leads are answered and followed up on. Final terms are confirmed in your agreement.

Is It a Fit?

Who the Market Foundation Is Built For.

A strong fit if…

  • You already have a website — but it isn't consistently bringing in new business
  • You've tried advertising and post to social occasionally, with nothing tying it together
  • Your channels don't work as one system — there's no congruency across your website, ads, and social
  • You're not really tracking anything, and couldn't say exactly where each lead or customer comes from
  • You're an established business with a strong reputation and the capacity for more customers
  • You're willing to invest in advertising and want one team accountable for the whole system
  • You value protected-market alignment — one dedicated partner in your market, not both sides of it
  • You want to own the marketing assets and accounts we build

Probably not a fit if…

  • You're still testing an unproven business idea
  • You're only looking for the cheapest website
  • You can't take on additional work right now
  • You're not able to answer or track incoming leads
  • You only want isolated, one-off marketing tasks
  • You expect guaranteed leads or revenue in a fixed window
  • You aren't able to complete onboarding, provide access, or approve work
Ongoing Management

The System Keeps Working — and Improving.

After launch, SommeTech continues operating and improving your Market Foundation every month. On the Standard Investment structure that management starts at $1,497/month; under a Performance Partnership there is no standard monthly management fee, and SommeTech is compensated through the agreed revenue share instead.

  • Organic visibility keeps developing month over month
  • Google Ads is actively managed and improved
  • Facebook and Instagram stay active — five posts per week
  • Tracking and lead workflows are monitored
  • Performance is reviewed and reported
  • The whole system keeps improving
